Amy Asherman, RN

Amy is the co-owner of Align Spa and has been an integral part of the team for over 20 years. She brings a passion for integrative care and a natural, nurturing touch to every client interaction. A Licensed Massage Therapist since 2003, Amy combines a deep understanding of the body with an aesthetic eye, helping clients feel confident while honoring their natural beauty.
In 2025, Amy earned her RN degree from Joyce University and completed her injection certification through the NIMA Institute. She now also works part-time in the rehabilitation department at Cascades Riverwalk Center in Murray, where she continues to expand her clinical experience.
Amy is recognized by the Utah Department of Professional Licensing as a Professional Massage Therapist, trusted for her expertise and professionalism in assisting with cases involving judicial proceedings. She is also a member of the Small Business Task Force for the Chamber of Commerce in Park City, Utah
As Align Spa expands into medical esthetics, Amy is excited to offer treatments that align with the spa’s warm, intentional approach. She believes in practical, natural enhancements that reflect how clients feel on the inside. Her approach to injectables mirrors the same care she brings to massage: grounded, attentive, and centered on each individual’s needs.
Lindsay Wojciechowski, fnp-c

Lindsay is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years in Healthcare, blending conventional medicine with integrative and functional approaches. She received her RN and MSN from Duke University, where she also served as a clinical instructor, and completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine through AIHM. Lindsay has advanced training in functional medicine, autoimmunity, hormone balancing, gut health, and Lyme disease, with experience in complex and root-cause-focused care. She is an ILADS member and has specialized training in PANS/PANDAS.
Lindsay currently works at Energy4Life Centers, just half a mile from Align, and oversees Align Elevated’s off-site clinical protocols. Her passion is helping clients find healing through personalized, integrative care that supports the mind, body, and spirit.

Each Med Spa service begins with an optional Immersive Sound Therapy session. You'll relax on a heated table with a cozy blanket, noise-canceling headphones, and a cooling jade eye mask while listening to a calming meditation designed to soothe your nervous system before treatment.

Pre & Post Care: Avoid alcohol and blood thinners 24–48 hours prior. Hydrate well. No facials, peels, waxing, or microneedling shortly before or after. After treatment, expect mild swelling or bruising. Avoid heavy exercise, heat, makeup, and pressure on treated areas for 24–48 hours. Stay upright for 4 hours post-injectables. For lip fillers, avoid kissing, straws, and dental work for a short period. Stay hydrated for best results.
Contraindications:
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Active infection or inflammation near the injection site
Known allergy or sensitivity to any ingredients (including hyaluronic acid or botulinum toxin)
Neuromuscular disorders (e.g., Myasthenia Gravis, Lambert-Eaton syndrome)
Blood clotting disorders or current use of blood-thinning medications (unless cleared by your physician)
Recent facial surgery or trauma in the treatment area
Cold sores or active skin conditions near lips (for lip fillers)
Autoimmune diseases or compromised immune system (consult your provider)
Use of certain antibiotics or medications that may interfere with treatment (disclose all medications)
History of keloid or hypertrophic scarring (for filler treatments)

24-hour notice is required for all appointments.
Med Spa rescheduling or cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee per service scheduled.
No call, no show appointments will also be charged $50 per service.
Consultations are complimentary; however, they are subject to our cancellation policy in order to respect our injectors’ time.
There is a 3% processing fee added to all payments made with a credit card. Debit card and cash transactions are not subject to this fee. Fee is not applied on gratuity.
